My parents came today to drop the kids gifts off and their enjoying them even the boxes lol. About to enjoy the food they brought over to. love home cooked meals i didn't cook.

Building My Brand

OK people its been awhile. Hope your still Dreaming out there and bring them to reality.

MakingMindsCreativeInc. My new Company and Brand. Im INspiring Minds 2 B CREATIVE. so lately I've been really busy with moving and my children. but know I'm at a place where i can focus on me and my brand I'm trying to build. As everyone knows i am a very creative person and i love the ARTS from Dance, music event panning, to pastries, doing hair,  decorating and children doing anything for the kids. So I'm putting videos on YouTube to get my brand going and I'm needing people to get the word out there.

I know its gonna take time but its all in who you know plus hard work and dedication. I'm looking to help people as well who want to do the same thing. so here are some tips to get you started.

Step 1: Choose the pillars for your personal brand

 Every brand is based on a few good qualities.  It makes it easier to connect and remember the product it’s attached to.What collection of attributes do you want to be known for by the world?  Make sure you don’t try to focus on too many things – it’ll be harder for someone to remember any of it.Oh, and make sure you’re honest with yourself – pretending to be something you’re not never works well.

Do this: Write down the 4 or 5 things you want the world to know about you.

Step 2: Prioritize your brand elements

It’s easier for people remember one thing than several things.  It’s easier for people to focus on doing one thing than doing a lot of things.So what you have to do is look at your list of 4 or 5 qualities about yourself and decide which of them is the most important.  If someone could define you by one quality, which would it be?

Do this: Rank your 4 or 5 elements by importance to you.

Step 3: Make your elements into a sort of “elevator statement”

You need to think through how to communicate it or it won’t be useful.

Do this: Actually work through this stuff by recording yourself, taking notes, and distilling it into an elevator statement of sorts. (Don’t stress about getting this perfect, I’m not going to ask you to put this in public anywhere)

Step 4: Align your online identity with your new elevator statement

Like it or not, what is online about you influences how others perceive you.  If you want your personal brand to be effective, your online accounts at Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and your other online profiles need to reflect the ideas in your elevator statement from Step 3.

Do this: Take a quick audit of your online profiles and start adjusting things so they reflect the elements of your personal brand.

Step 5: Take more control of your online identity

Most companies have a presence on social media nowadays that reflect their brand.  But their online “home base” is a website they own.The reason’s simple.  You can manage your online profiles, but you have complete control over a website you own.

The same is true for you.  You can clean up your Facebook account all you want, but if you really want to solidify your brand online, creating a personal website is the best way to make that happen.Then make sure your site is simple and clearly highlights your personal brand.  It should clearly show your strengths.  It should communicate, “this is who I am, this is what I can do, and this is why you should believe it.”

Be creative.  It’s your online real estate.

Do this: Create your own personal website to establish your personal branding.

Step 6: Live your personal brand

The last and most important step is to live your personal brand.A personal brand should be more than how you present yourself to the world.  It should also be a real life description of why you’re awesome.  So that’s what you should be.

Spend your time emphasizing the elements of your personal brand in your life.  Sometimes we don’t act like the person we want the world to see.We think we’re motivated, but we spend a ton of time watching television and surfing the Internet.We think we’re nice, but we gossip about others.A well thought out personal brand will help you present yourself to the world.  It can also be a clear cut description for who you should aspire to be in your day-to-day life.

So here’s my recommendation.  No matter who you are or what your goals are, go through these steps and develop your personal brand.  Decide how it’s going to be a part of your life.  How are you going to use it to your advantage?

Tom Peters is right in the quote at the beginning of this article.  You are the CEO of You Inc. whether you recognize it or not.The question really boils down to this:

Are you going to live accidentally or are you are going to live purposefully?

I personally look to Beyonce and Nene Leaks as women who are very successful in building a brand for themselves.

WHY ARE THEY CALLED HAMBURGERS AND THERE MADE FROM BEEF?

OK Travelers,

 

so I was watching TV and all of the typical fast food ads came on and all I hear is the newest kind of hamburgers, from McDonald's to Carl's Junior.

WAIT....... its not made from a pig is not pork, ham or bacon so why call it a hamburger I'm totally lost on this and it has been imprinted in our mind to call it a hamburger. Oh but turkey got its way because you see Turkey burgers on the menu now even vegetables got their own burger the veggie or vegan burger Tofu even has its own burger .

But not beef nope they want to call it hamburger. I think that's totally stupid and probably confuses a lot of people in the world. and to make that even more crazy its not from the best part of the cow. I think its all the left over grounded up  to make a patty. Personally I prefer chicken and fish way healthier for you and baking is the best not frying its really bad too much fat and oil.

So I thought I'd share this little tid bit but I'm pretty sure a lot of people out there in dream land feel the same. come on ad companies make a change and recreate a trend Beefburgers lol.

Just Messy....

Ok Travelers.....

Last time I checked I live in a household full of adults, the only children are my two kids.

So why is it sooooo hard for people to pitch in and do the dishes.

Let me explain. six people live in this house I'm not cleaning up after people who are willing and able to clean up after themselves. so I have resulted to cleaning my own dishes when I dirty them up. I have a little corner in this big ass kitchen and I keep it clean. I'm no one babysitter, maid or mother only to my two kids. so if you cant help don't ask me to help. I will continue to clean my dishes and my area. if I use the stove ill clean that, if I sit at the table to eat ill wipe it, if I spill some crumbs on the ground I'll sweep it. Don't get made at me for not washing a trillion  dishes sitting in the sink. Everyone needs to participate working or not. OR stop using all those damn dishes. One plate one cup and some silverware its not that hard. RINSE & REUSE. People this is an everyday thing, when I have dishes and its in a pile, those are three day accumulated dishes, but on a normal day I'm just washing my sons cups and plates. I don't cook because there's not room in the kitchen. (the kitchens huge by the way) its called lazy spoiled ass people in this household that get away with not cleaning up around here. December 2013 I wont care because ill be moving soooooooooooooo happy. So my rant is up, just thought id get this off my chest.

First I would like to say Rest In Peace for the lives that was lost on that sad day..............


Next I want to say people don't sleep on our government, their very sneaky and manipulating. tThey will desecrate their our citizen to achieve unnecessary matters. wWr has been going on a very long time, why because people are power hungry and people running the government are just that power hungry. Who gave anyone the right to rule and regulate over anyone else. we came into the world one at a time and were leaving the same way.

Having order and peace and keeping that in line I understand but the way the government Rules us as a people is complete bull shit.

I say 9/11 was a set up by the USA government and their blaming it on other cultures.

They sacrifice USA citizens to prove a point and have all of the USA HATE another race/culture. its called manipulation people don't feed into the bull. I just saying.

May the people rest in the new world that was crated for them, and the family stay strong.

Test Subjects!!!!

OK Travelers, so today I was running my errands and while at a red light I see a gin on the light post
"CASH PAID for diabetic blood strips"

REALLY, why in the hell would anyone want a diabetic used test strips. In my eyes is all a plan to genetically alter the human race. Why people feel its OK to test or humans or even animals for that is mind boggling.

Are they trying to cover up the cure for diabetes like cancer and aids, or are they trying give people diabetes, like cancer and aids. Either way its complete BULL.

there are still Hitler's out in the world trying to create a superior race. understand when everyone loves another for who they are, no racism, hate, and just love and enjoy your neighbor company we will be a superior race.

I'm not saying its right but if your going to experiment on any experiment on the pedophiles, and murderer's, and rapist in jail. inmates with life and no parole have nothing better else to do. I'm Just Saying.
